A website redesign—with a tight budget and an even tighter timeline. The redesigned website modernized meQ’s digital presence (so it finally matches the sophistication of its products) and embraced SEO to succeed in a competitive space.

  • “We learned so much just working with Steven on this project. From the night-and-day improvement in overall site architecture to the well-organized and well-written copy, we couldn't be happier.”

Phase 1

Web Audit & Competitor Scan

meQ needed a new website to act as a conversion-optimized foundation. The catch: they were operating on a tight budget and needed the site up and running within 14 weeks.

With no time to waste, I launched an investigation into what they needed and what they were up against. I identified several areas where the user journey was unclear, and over a dozen opportunities for keyword optimization that would improve meQ’s search visibility.

Phase 2

User Journey Optimization

With only 14 weeks to complete copywriting, UI design, and website development, I planned a sitemap around templated page layouts that would be easily replicable without causing content fatigue.

Templated wireframes prioritized clear user journeys. Visitors needed to see clear solutions to pains like managing workforce burnout and understand what step they should take next.

Phase 3

Content Strategy & Execution

The final website communicated the financial benefit to solving burnout—attaching clear ROI to a preventative system. It also embraced SEO strategy to outrank competitors in the space.

Thanks in large part to meQ’s strong collaboration, the new website launched on time and under budget.
